During that time, he led tenant representation engagements for national and regional brands. A graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Urban Studies, John brings an academic foundation in land use, spatial analysis, and community development that few brokers in the market can match. Before entering real estate, John owned and operated a successful catering business for 18 years, giving him firsthand experience as a business owner navigating leases, buildouts, permitting, and the real-world decisions his commercial clients face every day.
